The home normally rents for $675 per month, but we are offering a $399 MOVE IN SPECIAL!! The $399covers your security deposit and rent through the end of May.  In June, the rent returns to the normal $675.

We do not check credit or charge an application fee, all we require is proof of income, photo ID and no recent evictions.  Pets are welcome with a small pet deposit.  Please note the park does require a criminal background check.
